I'm a mental health advocate, scholar of the social sciences, and an elementary school educator; but most of all, I'm just someone who is here to hear you. 

Nino Says is an outlet that provides you a safe space to express your inner thoughts, to promote mental health and to give tips for thinking, conversing and understanding. Sometimes all you need is the opportunity to process your experiences. Let me help you do that!

 

I've always known what type of role I wanted to play in the world; a helper. So I'm here to provide that light and listen when you need to release the stressors that may be weighing you down.
